Farm Lunch is a mid-week chance to enjoy a hearty, affordable meal and hear about what our local farmers and artisans are growing, tasting, making, and HOW. It is held every Wednesday from 12:00. to 1:30 at the Fable Fermentory in Barnard Vermont.
I plan and cook the meal with the help of friends, interns, and Doug the dream-faciltator. This summer (2018), we’ve had the help and inspiration of Melanie Krober and Nicholas Kimberly.
Each week, we ask a local producer to talk about the joys and challenges of this life. We share tips, recipes, ideas, solutions, and weather predictions.
Then we get back to work.
